Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • You own a business doing $1M or more a year, like a construction, staffing or manufacturing company.
  • Your taxes, your books and your payroll sit with three different people who never compare notes.
  • Every spring a tax number shows up that you didn't see coming, and you write the check.
  • Your bookkeeping runs months behind, so nobody can tell you what you'll owe until the year is over.
  • You're stuck in the day-to-day and want one team to own the whole money side of the business.
  • You'd rather pay one flat monthly fee than get an hourly bill every time you pick up the phone.

This Is Not For:

  • Employees who don't own a business.
  • Owners whose business does well under $1M a year.
  • Anyone who only wants a return filed once a year.
  • Owners who want tax savings without clean books and records behind them.

100% Done-For-You

Here's Everything We Do For You

How Josh, John and the NaviraTax team run the money side of your business, every month.

We Go Through Your Numbers

We review your last few returns, your books and your payroll, and find every spot where the business pays more tax than the rules require.

We Put The Fixes In Place

We set up the changes for you, like how the business is structured, what you pay yourself and when your big purchases land, before December 31st.

We Plan Your Taxes All Year

We plan your taxes 12 months a year, not the week before they're due, so the number on your return is one you already knew about.

We Keep Your Books Current

We reconcile your books every month and handle the year-end close, so you see where the business is right now, not where it was three months ago.

We Handle Payroll And Filings

We handle payroll through our payroll partner and track every state, entity and annual filing for you, so nothing slips and you never pay a penalty for a missed deadline.

We Review What's Ahead With You

Every 3 months we sit down with you, look at your cash flow and what's coming, and settle the big decisions early, in plain language.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to replace my CPA?+
No. You can keep your preparer through year one and let us take the planning, the bookkeeping and the payroll. Filing is something we bring in when the plan calls for it, so if you'd rather hand us all of it and have one team own everything, that works too. We'll figure out which one fits you on the call.
Why hasn't my current CPA done this already?+
Your CPA is probably good at what they were hired to do, which is file an accurate return once the year is over. But a return put together in the spring can't go back and change the decisions that set what you owe. We plan the year while it's still happening, and that's usually where the biggest savings are.
Will these savings hold up if the IRS looks?+
Everything we put in place is already written into the tax code. Owners get into trouble when the paperwork doesn't back up the return, which is why your books and payroll sit under the same roof as your tax planning. Our co-founder John Libby is a CPA and a Certified Internal Auditor, and if a letter ever shows up, we handle the response for you.
Is it too late to lower my 2026 taxes?+
No. How you pay yourself, which big purchases land in 2026 and which retirement plan the business sets up only need to be finished by December 31st. The savings show up when your 2026 return is filed next spring, and every week between now and then gives us more room to work.
What do you actually take off my plate?+
Five things: tax planning, fractional CFO work, compliance filings, bookkeeping and payroll, which we handle through our payroll partner. Most owners have those spread across three or four people who never talk. With us, it's one team looking at the same numbers.
How much does it cost?+
You pay one flat monthly fee, with no hourly billing and no surprise invoices. The fee depends on the size of your business and what we take on, so we quote it up front on the strategy call, before you commit to anything. And if we don't save you at least $100K in taxes this year, you don't pay.
Do you work with businesses in my state?+
We work with owners in a number of states, and every meeting happens online. You don't need to be near an office, just ready to share your returns, your books and how the business is set up.
What happens on the strategy call?+
You tell Josh roughly what the business does in revenue, how it's set up and who handles your taxes, books and payroll today. If you send last year's returns ahead of time, he'll show you where the business is probably overpaying and how we'd get to at least $100K in savings. If the fit isn't there, he'll tell you plainly.
One Last Step

Want To See Where Your Business Is Overpaying In Taxes?

On the strategy call, Josh goes over your revenue, how the business is set up and who handles your taxes, books and payroll today. You'll leave knowing where your taxes can come down before December 31st and what it would take.
